Brewed without shortcuts, this refreshing alc-free pale ale has tropical hop character and gentle bitterness.
What do we mean by 'brewed without shortcuts'? For starters, we've been working on this brew for nearly a year, trying to find the recipe deemed delicious enough to make the cut. We learnt a lot about alcohol-free brewing in that time and tried A LOT of alcohol-free beer.
What the winning formula?
15 trial brews which included yeast strain trials, hop variety trials, hop product trials, and multiple process and technique trials, and got the whole Stomping Ground crew together on a regular basis to try new versions and provide preference evaluations.
In addition, the actual brewing process is pretty extensive! We've done everything we can to make sure that the flavour you love and expect from us is delivered, despite it being alc-free.
