COVID19 Prevention Policy

Due to the pandemic and current parcel deliveries throughout Australia, Sip & Enjoy will do our best to deliver parcels as soon as possible. 

Given the current situation, we have extended our return and refund policy to 30 days. 

Click and Collect will be available on Friday and Saturday. 

For Melbourne Orders - Sip & Enjoy will deliver directly within 15kms radius from Melbourne CBD. 

Order Fulfilment and processing will be as per normal. 1 - 2 business working days. 

For interstate consumers:
Sip & Enjoy highly recommend to place orders ASAP to Mid November, to receive parcels in time.

Our couriers, will try there best to meet deliveries within the standard time frame.
