Non-Alcoholic Beer

How is Non-Alcoholic Beer Made?

Alcohol is either removed or only produced in very limited amounts. Most of his beer makers would de-alcoholise using heat or specialised yeast.

As mentioned by Mr Henshall, "The alcohol [in beer] comes from the fermentation process at the end, so there are yeasts that have been developed that just stop fermenting once they reach about a 0.5 or under ABV [Alcohol by Volume].

Alcohol Free Beers are made just like the alcoholic ones with water, yeast, hops and barley. Some are brewed to a lower ABV and some have the alcohol removed through various techniques.
