You are invited to enter a trade promotion advertised by Sip & Enjoy as conducted in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Sip & Enjoy ( ABN: 16218052453) of 281 Johnston Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067.
Duration:
Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 10:00am (AEST) until 11.59pm (AEST) for the promotion period as advertised. (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to enter:
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to participate and an Australian resident. The prize draw is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Sip & Enjoy.
Entry into Promotion:
1. The entry period for our prize competitions and draws will be published on our promotions page by individual promotion.
2. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Sip & Enjoy which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
4.To enter, Eligible Entrants must leave their name & email address contact details via linked page on @sipandenjoy_au Instagram Bio Page, Competition Instagram Story Post, sipandenjoy_au Facebook Fan Page. (https://www.facebook.com/sipenjoy)
5.Sip & Enjoy reserves the right to seek verification of eligibility to enter and receive a prize under these Terms and Conditions. Sip & Enjoy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole and unfettered discretion.
6.Only one entry per email to the prize draw per person is allowed. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
7.All entries become the property of Sip & Enjoy.

9.There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.
10.The prize must be taken and used within 6 months of issue. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
11.If a winner is untraceable within 30 days after reasonable efforts, Sip & Enjoy will conduct a “second chance draw” for any unclaimed or outstanding prize. The second chance draw will be open to all eligible entrants who were not selected as winners before the Closing Date. The winner of the second chance draw will be notified in accordance with the notification procedure in Clause 13.
12.By entering the prize draw, each entrant consents to the collection of his/her personal data for the purposes of managing and administering the prize draw, and for future marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with Sip & Enjoy Privacy Policy. Entrants can access or request the amendment of their personal data at any time by contacting Customer Services.
13.Sip & Enjoy may use a winner’s name, town of residence and likeness for the purpose of announcing the winners without the need for any additional payment or permission.
14.No responsibility is accepted by Sip & Enjoy for matters beyond its reasonable control, and no refund or replacement prize will apply for such matters. Sans Drinks accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or inaccurate entries received or for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications.
15.Sip & Enjoy reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions, and conditions of operation of the promotion, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State or Territory where required.
16.Failure by Sip & Enjoy to enforce its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
